Check Your OS Compatibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When performing data restores via Veeam Explorer (e.g., for Exchange), administrators may encounter an issue where no data is displayed despite the backup opening without errors. The Explorer interface remains empty, preventing item-level recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The root cause, as highlighted in a recent <a href=\"https:\/\/forums.veeam.com\/veeam-backup-replication-f2\/exchange-databases-not-visible-in-backup-explorer-t98168.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">community discussion<\/a>, is typically an OS mismatch between the Mount Server (or the system where the Veeam console is launched) and the original source system. Traditionally, administration of the Veeam Backup &amp; Replication server required a <strong>Windows-based console client<\/strong>. This approach remains fully supported, but is now complemented by the new WebUI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting with <strong>version 13.0.1<\/strong>, the WebUI is not yet feature-complete, but already covers a substantial set of core administrative functions.
